The English Beat: Renaissance Style

Pro Musica Terrae Amoris ("For the Music of Loveland") presents "The English Beat: Renaissance Style"! Everyone loves a lusty madrigal, a few slightly naughty catches, some recorder music, and bit of opera, all wrapped in the theme of love. We'll explore love in the spring, love in tragedy and destiny, and love for the sake of love, featuring composers such as John Dowland, Thomas Morley, Henry VIII (yes, that Henry VIII), and Henry Purcell. 

Tickets are $20; a reception with the musicians follows the concert.
