Terms & Conditions
Unlimited ride passes are valid on all rides except Adventure Golf & Go Karts.
Ultimate ride passes are valid on all rides including 1 Go Kart session & 1 Adventure Golf round.
Both passes are restricted to 1 session on Bungee trampolines, Waterballs & Bumper Boats. Users over the height limit for these rides CANNOT transfer their session to other users.
Both passes are not valid on game stalls or in the arcade.
All wristbands will be secured to the user's wrist by a member of the Park's team. No wristband will be given out without being secured to the user's wrist. When exchanging a family ticket, all members of the group must be present at the ticket box as one group.
Wristbands are only valid when securely fastened to the user’s wrist. Wristbands not worn properly will not be accepted for entry or ride access.
Wristbands are strictly non-transferable. Any swapping, tampering, or removal of a wristband will render it void. Confiscated wristbands will not be replaced, and no refund will be issued.
Unlimited ride access is only available while the wristband is worn securely on the wrist. Handheld or removed wristbands will not be accepted.
Adults accompanying children on rides (due to height restrictions or other safety requirements) must either:
- Purchase their own wristband, or
- Purchase individual ride tokens.
Height restrictions apply to all rides and are in place for safety reasons. These rules are strictly non-negotiable and are enforced by staff at all times.
Rides may be temporarily closed due to unforeseen weather conditions or maintenance issues. No compensation will be provided for such closures.
Wait times may occur during peak or busy periods. No extensions or compensation will be given due to queue times.
Wristbands can be collected up to 30 minutes before your booked slot time. However, wristbands will not be accepted on rides until your allocated slot time begins.
Wristbands are non-refundable in all cases unless the park must remain closed for the full day due to weather or operational issues.
Wristbands cannot be transferred to another day or time unless the park is closed on the day of your original booking. No other changes or postponements will be permitted.
When Unlimited Ride Passes are purchased on behalf of a minor, the buyer accepts these Terms of Entry on behalf of every guest and is responsible for ensuring the guest understands and will comply with them.

Our no refund policy also applies in this situation because our terms and conditions are available online and can be requested at any time. As such, you have every opportunity to read them before booking any activity, and a refund will not be available in case you fail to accept them.
