Easier To Understand
Percentage based fees are complicated for both you and us to calculate how much you need to pay. Having one fixed fee makes it much better to budget for your events.
One Set Price
The service we provide to you is the same whether you charge £300 or £30 so we find it unfair that ultimately you or your attendee's are being charged more because the ticket is a higher value.
Aligned With The Competition
Our new pricing is much more aligned with our competition and is substantially cheaper than the big players such as Eventbrite, Universe, Ticketleap and Ticketspice as we value your custom.
Lower Cap Remains
We have kept the 7.5% cap for tickets which are lower value. This is to ensure customers who are selling lower valued tickets aren't being ripped off. Some sites are charging upto 50% of the ticket price in fees.
